Thread regarding Gainwell Technologies layoffs

It is not enough to just sweep problems under the rug

People here are not so naive that they don't see that the company is not doing very well. So why is the leadership silent about it and pretending that the problem does not exist? That seems like a pretty desperate move to me.

Agreed with the lack of information why we have a new CEO and the new CEO is from Accenture who has also had big issues why they have been fired for a number of projects. They got dropped from the Virginia Health Care Provider Portal and others. So, Now Gainwell Tech has a failed CEO from Accenture. Seems Gainwell is going down the wrong road picking up with a Failed CEO of another company. We are looking for information on What contracts is Gainwell bidding on, When are they due, What projects are they related to and What applications are we selling to them?

That is what you call a poor leadership team.

And yet in the town hall the ceo says we are doing great. We landed a big contract in California.

No mention of financial issues. No mention of a fired ceo. No mention of all the layoffs. No mention of a strategic plan to right the ship. Nope it’s business as usual. Continue to run the company into the ground.

I like the post on here about staging a mass walkout on the 15th.
