Another colleague of mine left recently. I'd say that the main reason people leave this place is management who can't handle people more competent than themselves?

Look on the bright side - reviews don't mean jack squat.
If you are a brownnoser you'll do fine, if not you won't.
I've been with the company for 14 years through 5 iterations, but I was unprofessionally admonished this week by a notoriously difficult manager for trying too hard while misunderstanding an instruction... now I'm wondering if it will effect my upcoming review. If it does, I'll be leaving (perhaps the account, perhaps the company).
Things weren't like this under EDS/HP/HPE.
Unless you're on H1B. Those guys tend to stick around no matter what.

I’m on the way out myself. The poor leadership from top to bottom at this company is amazing. They should win a damn award for the sheer amount of incompetence.
