Word is the merit raises are pretty bad this year, just got a 2.5% raise and I had put in an excellent year. GW is not taking care of it's workforce in regards to competitive pay, adjusting for inflation and high interest rates. Don't expect much.

What % does 5 stars get for an exempt this year?
Why would you expect a su-ky company to give you anything other than a su-ky raise?
They are well... 3%
Has anybody actually been told yet how much of a raise they are getting, if any? I have not yet been told, but I believe I’ll be getting some sort of raise.
Who's going to buy Gainwell?
The legacy contracts for these prehistoric systems can't be worth 5 billion.
Gainwell's business model should have been a slam-dunk, it takes a special kind of leadership (or lack thereof) to mess it up as badly as it has been the last couple of years.
Good luck with that. Haven’t you realized that the leaders are far more important than any worker bee?
They let us know that all the time with their actions.
We are just a number. Easily replaced. Paid as little as possible.
Take the 25% raoses from leadership and pay the worker bees
Re: sale
Rogers: And you're selling something that you know has no value.
Tuld: We are selling to willing buyers at the current fair market price -- so that we may survive!
Bring on that sale.
The sooner Gainwell sells the better.
Why would you expect something better from a company operated like Gainwell?
It’s such a poorly ran company I’m surprised we are getting any raises at all. They pi-s away contracts. They don't deliver anything.
That sale is getting closer and closer.
If you are already underpaid then it doesn’t matter much.
If you don't expect anything, it's easier to not be disappointed.
Disappointing.
