Why didn’t I see it before?

I wanted to believe Gainwell was a good place to work. I wanted to believe leadership was good. I wanted to believe that my coworkers were well educated and knew exactly what they were doing. I wanted to believe Gainwell was financially strong. I wanted to believe that Gainwell was picking up contracts and knocking them out of the park. I wanted to believe that this was a place that I could be proud to work at. I wanted to believe that I would be able to retire from Gainwell.

Well I was wrong on all accounts. The only reasons I can see that people are still employed at Gainwell is:

They suck and can’t get a job anywhere else.

Or.

They are too stupid to see reality.

I think a better way to say what someone said above, is that if you're not happy, move on. I was in that very situation for a lot of years and when I finally broke free and found a good fit.....the difference in my whole life is amazing. Life is too short to be unhappy so make it better. You're the only one who can. Gainwell is that fit for me so far and I'm approaching my 1yr anniversary.

That vacation change…yeah that’s reality setting in. And yet the employees seem to deny that Gainwell is a sh-t company.

Some of the projects are ran poorly?

How about all of the projects are ran poorly. The leadership is poor. That is causing these projects to flounder and fail. It’s pretty unbelievable to watch.

Gainwell is Lucky their competitors are limited or they would have no business at all.

I have no problem with the company itself. I can say that some of the projects I’ve had exposure to seem to be run somewhat poorly…

Funny how some people get mad when someone speaks the truth.

My guess is that about every employee at Gainwell Technologies has something negative to say. If an employee hasn’t experienced bad leadership yet they must be a brand new employee.

This sure is fun to read.

I have to admit that most of the negative things written here are either 100% true or have a solid foundation of truth.

Kind of sad. But I feel that the only saving grace for Gainwell is to be sold. Then they might bring in some decent leaders that have a shot at righting the ship. The current leaders from the top down are simply not capable.

I’m not happy with Gainwell either. And it sure is entertaining to read on here once in a while.
