Why do you guys put up with this stuff, why don't you just leave DST?

70 Million 1,166 employees

DST severance?

Anybody else here heard that DST was lowering its severance for future layoffs? There's a good chance I'm looking at a layoff somewhere down the line (most likely sooner rather than later, I check all the boxes) but I don't want to start fretting... — read more

Time for the DST version of the "blue flu"

If it can be somewhat organized between KC & Boston it would sent a message. I have no expectations of 100% participation, but a sizable number could paralyze the daily operations significantly.

Write to the Board of Directors about layoffs

The best feel good story, company receives millions in taxpayer dollars. Taxes paid in part by the employees the company laid off because the company has no money. https://www.cheatsheet.com/culture/states-companies-more-money-poor.html/?a=viewall

Dst is a sweatshop

Policy is you cant travel for work during work hours. Travel on your personal time. Dst doesnt pay for you to travel to client locations. Yet the paid some former hr leader 54 million in stock options. Layiffs are a blessing

Layoffs at DST this week.

Several associates were let go yesterday with a bunch more coming this week. Layoffs always seem to happen when the summer interns have arrived. It sends a poor message to the interns.
