If it can be somewhat organized between KC & Boston it would sent a message. I have no expectations of 100% participation, but a sizable number could paralyze the daily operations significantly.

Unfortunately not enough people will see this idea here for it to be effective, but definitely needed after the "merit increase pool" (the only raise given each year) was below 2017 inflation rate. That means the average employee will effectively be making less money this year. You have to be above average just to break even. Where is the incentive to do a good job instead of looking for another one? DST really does now mean don't stay there.
