Been in Target Purgatory for the last 6 months. In TTS, new projects are on the shelf until MM and staff finalize layoff and transformation plans, due date, next week. Tired of doing nothing significant, let's get on with it already.

Another day in TTS ticked by where I did absolutely nothing of real cosequence and neither dId my peers. We better get going on this transformation! Oh, BTW - were the registers up today....I'm concerned about the stability of them.

August 20th date is confirmed for layoffs. Only 4 levels from VP to developer. Pay cuts in some positions. Vacation Policy changes(unlimited vacation). TCW closing. TCS and TTS merger.
