So the main problem that the Target leadership team is facing right now is, with so many layoffs done already and upcoming, who are they going to blame for the problems tomorrow?

I'd say they will do what you taught them to do: blame the previous administration. How many meetings did we have to sit through where you'd drone on and on about Uncle Bob this or Uncle Bob that. It wasn't enough for Bob to make you the hair apparent. No you made our lives a nightmare as nothing ever satisfied. Heaven forbid someone called you Greg! Even verbally dropping that precious triple G was enough to spark stories of how awful Bob was and why you were so, so much better. I miss my team very much. You, however, I miss like walking down an icy sidewalk in a broken heel.
You are so right. It's not you. Your not the problem. You're just not getting properly recognized for the significant contribution your making to TGT. You're not being properly developed, not getting enough exposure to leadership.
Managers could always do the correct thing and take responsibility.
Maybe C suite could take a few tips from Walmart on how to run a business and make a profit
You blame the people that got transformed and when there's a new need for a scapegoat, you transform some more
It's about time though that TTS made some changes... We don't need to have so many layers of non-technical managers.
