I can only say those that have been at Target for a while have heard "its over" before .... that is till the next round begins. Believe me there will be a next round because Target is loosing their "guests" and btw loosing their focus. Best to those of us still here facing peak season and the ongoing lack of stability, its going to be a rough winter! To those who we part of today's lay off, cheers to you! You are truly the lucky ones, nice severance and a clean get away. Time will prove that as Target continues it's slow painful demise.

Whatever, Bozo. We aren't two years old. BTS is bull and not anonymous. This is the ONLY place we can openly and freelyy speak about our distaste in direction. Do not kid yourself: upper management IS reading this stuff. This is a public forum and it can and does hurt the reputation. I'm glad we've all been able to witness the slow and painful degradation of each other: calling out individuals, bashing our partners, pointing fingers. What a fiasco. In a way it's good: everyone knows where everyone stands as painful as that may be. I hope Target can turn around this nightmare reputation bashing and come out better for it. I hope upper mgmt really is listening - even to the crazies. Maybe, just maybe. Good Luck to all in your decisions as to where YOU want to spend a majority of your life making a "living".
