Couldn't agree more. Looking at calendars I have no clue how these people were plucked out. Huge loss.
What's said about this whole story is that the decisions on who stay's and who goes comes from upper management which seems to have little clue as to who actually does the work day after day. It's sad to see those types of people leave after all there hard work and dedication every day.
