No Bob was a great guy who knew how to be a CEO. When the board put Gregg in charge, he hired all of his friends and made up roles that made no sense. He fired everyone who was loyal to Bob. Gregg did not care about the company, the team, or guests. All he cared about what fattening his pockets and his lackeys. Gregg, Beth, and the board are at fault for Target's current mess.
