Anonymous144842 - What's so unethical about mentioning names but not your own? The site's anonymous for a reason. Beth Jacob was out classed as a CIO and had no business being in her role. She took a gamble to get to CEO, which she would have been good at, and it failed.
This is an anonymous site. So if you want to have people put their names out there, lead the charge buttercup. Otherwise leave well enough alone and let people vent.

I agree that changes in leadership are overdue but if you are going to call out people by name have the guts and ethics to sign your name.
It would be the second or third time I witness a transformation in TTS. As long as there are arrogant a**es running the pyramids, with zero leadership and zero inspiration for the team, we will see this every 6-7 years. Bring authentic leaders. Beth Jacobs and Vicki Wold departures were so overdue.
