There is a $40M PA/BA/PM rationalization on the CIO deck - seems pretty focused as these do not exist in the 100% Agile transformed world...add on some KMG/DMG (many have already left) and it will exceed the number above. 220 scrum teams of 7-8 positions each. All of the rest is up for RIF
