Anonymous145467, you mean to say PG 17 and above are working more than PG16's? In many teams no one was fired. they still have multiple levels of managers, who will be doing FFF and statuses from tomorrow.
Not jus pg 16 but Pg 15s and pg13s also fired today
PG16 in TI are usually the Process Analyst, Delivery Managers or Sr Technical Architects who does nothing. They're in a state of confused mind who got hired by some referrals (scams/back door entry) mostly found in BI, Compliance and Security teams. Managers are use less who does only FFFs, weekly meetings, ordering pizzas etc, and expect their promotions regularly. Time now to drop these unwanted managers, PAs! and keep only 1 manager for 10-15 TMs. If layoffs are for technical TMs working on certain projects then this is a big mistake. Also time to bring back the long term TI resources placed onsite who got promoted by some boot licking politics.

Looks like KMG & DMG got protected and the lowly PG16's got axed. Once more it is proved that monkeys on the top of tree are smarter than ones below. Nice going TI. Let see what happens here.
