Can anyone explain how the TUPE process affects offers in the UK? Art seemed to say it means we might not get offers until after close. I understand it’s some kind of negotiation, but who negotiates on behalf of the employees?

What locations are are most danger of being closed? I know none of the locations are entirely safe, but which have more potential to be shut down than others?
