RFPIO’s cloud-based software incorporates artificial intelligence, project management and collaboration capabilities to help companies respond to RFPs, Security Questionnaires and other type of pre-Sales questionnaires. The application also integrates with Salesforce so the Sales teams can track and manage the RFPs and Proposals on the tool that they are already very familiar with.
It's a match based library of questions and answers. There's some machine learning analytics that match empty RFP documents uploaded to the tool to answers which are already in the library. It's relatively new and therefor does not have a lot of answers but the more people upload finalized tenders, the better the tool gets.
