How sure are you they are using Excel? There are so many open source Spreadsheets. I don’t think I need to educate you in this.
I find it amazing that companies are using excel to ruin peoples lives. The same excel that is jumpy as hell requires shift clicking rows and is being used to select or deselect employees for termination.
You can sue them for same amount, that anyone here will sue you for asking such DUMB Question.
