Heard that notifications have already begun for APAC folks. Overall cuts were supposed to be in the 5-8% range, but now due to the Q3 fiasco the layoff numbers are north of 10% globally.

We had 2 engineers quit over last three weeks
We are a small group, this is very noticeable. We are at the point where people do not trust that there will not be many rounds of cuts to follow. Low pay does not help too.
