Now that somebody posted that layoffs have started on other continents, I guess we can be sure we are next. Frankly, I am so stressed out right now that I feel like calling in sick, but I know it will not achieve anything. Please let us know what is going at your location, so we can know what to expect. What you smokin'? CSCO is notorious for layoffs. And they ain't hiring. They just did a round of massive layoffs (again).
Cisco is hiring massively. If JNPR is kicking you to the curb, welcome to CSCO. We have free lunches and dinner just like GOOG and FB.
Agree with the other poster. I'm a victim of the other big box shifter - "at risk" is standard BS for "bye bye" in the UK. I'm guessing they had a "consultation period" too? Take the two weeks or whatever as a free holiday and start looking for a new job.
Hopefully you got a good payoff and remember that there truly is a life outside of Juniper. I'm glad I was forced out.

Got my 1-2-1 today - was short call with poor leadership.... VP left after 5 minutes... and left me with HR. Wow that what even worse.
Both said everyone is happy with my contribution - so I asked what more should I do? Silence. It is all about cutting costs, without strategic view.
It is time that Rami wakes up - if he wants to transform company from Box-Movers to SW...

@PUxqoSL-ycz Sounds like you may be in UK. That's where by law, they cannot fire you right away for financial reasons, but give you some BS like that. But in essence, yes , your job is gone. If in UK, you should be eligible for a lawyer's fee payable by Juniper. Make sure the paperwork is OK>
From EMEA: I got my 1:1 a minute ago. My job is "at risk" for business reasons, meaning, I am fired :-;
If you got laid off and got a package, take it and run.
If you don't get laid off, run anyway. Look for a new job now. Let this be a wake up call.
Juniper is a sh!thole, run by id!ots. Get out of it as fast as you can.
It is actually a huge relief to leave Juniper, and I am learning there are great employment options outside.
Please apply for unemployment benfits if its available in your location, as well. This is not a handout, you have earned it. You deserve it. It will help pay the bills, and take the stress away.
