This seems like such a brutal process to go through. Morale tanking, people looking for jobs on work hours, uncertainty at every turn. I don’t understand how this helps Intel.

I just wanted to see if there is anyone expecting promotions and APB this year. I expect the rewards cycle to be entirely skipped entirely this year.

The quarter ends in about 2 weeks (30 September) and everyone has been stressed the entire time. I predict that Intel revenue drops below $50 billion for the year. More of the same in Q4.
