I feel sick to my stomach. I know it doesn't necessarily have to be the worst-case scenario, but that doesn't help me much. It's going to be a long night.

I had a 1:1 scheduled for today w one of the higher managers plus another guy…that extra person told me right then I was being laid off. Need that extra person for witnessing signatures and such.

That's how we roll. Keep the plebs making donuts as long as possible. When somebody is worrying about their career & life, our model is to look away and pretend it isn't happening.

It happens. In my experience people have a very good sense if they are getting RIFed... Like 80% accuracy. Good luck.
Please don't tell me they have you working all night and they scheduled you for a 1:1 EOS?
