We've been at Intels mercy for 3 months now. "DON'T believe the news" is ELT's new mantra.
Just get it done with. All of us that are left after ELT's massive failure should get some sort of compensation for emotional damages. Shame on ELT for letting it get to this point and shame on the board for letting them do it.
At this point I don't care. I wish they would sell the place. A little positivity and a pay increase might do us all well.
Feels like this whole thing was a hasty band aid to mop up a leak and this was supposed to all happen in December.

Buttercup?? You don't think I know these things? Q1 2025 sounds like another round. I'm just pi---d that the "transparency " doesn't seem to exist. These a holes have left us hanging for 3 months. Get used to it buttercup, things aren't going to get any better once this is over. If you survive this round you will quickly learn that while only 15+% of the employees are gone probably 40+% of the knowledge and experience left. By the time you get used to this new normal they will be announcing the next round of cuts.
