Is this idea realistic? Not sure if a current manager would deny if I try applying for another role within TIAA if our team is short staffed.

I regret not EOI’ing, can we change our mind before the selection meetings? - real question.
CWP MOP referrals...for alcohol pads?
How does this apply? I know of several people getting a referral added to their monthly goal, for just that. How is that right? Any CWP people who can share?

It can only hurt you!
SaaS Reps Reorged ?
Word is effective 9/1 - they now have Prime and overlays vs. Traditional Oracle Model: Prime and Prime.
ERP/HCM/FIN are the Primes - Industrial, Construction, etc are overlays.
Comp Plans are being re-issued ?? Been in the works for awhile if Ops can turn comp plans on a dime.
This will lead to a SaaS management and rep/sc sla-ghter.
Foreshadowing of the DP Org.

Work smarter is the cry, but management make it harder
DXC management say they want to make working practices easier, sinot sure when requesting RTA’s the approval approvers have gone from 3 to 6 all the way to the top. How us that making things easier and more effective management?
Layoff Process
I've heard that the layoff process canbe brutal. Can anyone shed some light on what ctyally happens on layoff day? (Looking for answers, not drama from some troll.) How long do you have to sign the separation papers? Is it before you leave the room or do you have some time before you HAVE to sign?

Icky feeling
Social media has many stories of patients being denied medications or treatments. Doctors post about having to fight insurances for tests, procedures, or medications.
Most of the people working for these insurances want to do good jobs. We want to get claims processed correctly. We’re just cogs. We don’t make these policies that stress and frustrate members and providers.
There has to be a better way.
What's the procedure?
I just found this forum, and I tried search but it's not really helping. I haven't been here long so I'm not sure how layoffs work. How do they let us know? Is it 1:1 or in a meeting? Are people done right away or is an end date provided? Basically, I'd appreciate any info that'd help me prepare for this. Thanks in advance!
No email about logging off at 1pm?
A bad sign?
Haven’t Had Paper Bags With Handles In Our Store in Weeks
Our Macy’s hasn’t had the paper bags with handles in weeks. We’ve only had paper bags with no handles. This happens a lot at our Macys. It’s bad enough that we have to charge 5 cents for the paper bags with handles. I’m not charging for the paper bags with no handles. They provide us with straps, garment bags & reusable bags for a $1.00 though. Customers aren’t happy sometimes after buying & paying so much for their items that this is all we have. Are any other Macys running into the problem of no paper bags with handles in their stores. Was just curious.
