Employees should have received an email today about voting your shares. If you want things to change around here, and if you don’t want executive pay to comically outstrip your actual productive work, then you MUST read the proxy statement and vote. It’s a hundred pages - not all 100 pages are important, but I can’t read them all for you. Vote down excessive compensation schemes. Vote for increased independent oversight where applicable. Grousing on thelayoff is fun but it doesn’t change anything. Management is always betting you are either too d-mb or too indifferent to even vote.
With decisions centralising and more governance and finance leadership coming in, what outcomes have people seen in similar situations — tighter oversight only, portfolio moves, or does this usually end in restructuring and layoffs?
I have been in IT&V for 4 years. Absolute craziness.
Meaningless work. No oversight. Individual contributors at Director pay and Sr. Mgr pay all over making big money sitting around half the time doing nothing or stealing other people’s work.
We are focusing on efficiency but everything we are doing to be more efficient is making us less efficient. Layer over layer over layer of non sense on top of horrible systems and process built by inexperienced people.
No one seems to care. People stay quiet so they don’t get a target on their back.

call center reps got Dcris back and the fraud has already started placing new orders for upgrades new orders for name changes and new orders that customers didnt even know they were getting. no oversite at all and the managers are promoting it watch as numbers go up for things reps should not get paid on
Due to abuse I believe starting October you'll need to badge out of any building instead of just badge in. They're going to crack down on RTO. You'll be written up if you do not come into office
