I don't know if it's all dc's or just ours, but we have been flooded nonstop with freight to the point that some weeks we are working six days! Which didn't happen when we had three shifts which they got rid of in June now we have two, but thats funny because they brought a modified shift back for a few months till the beginning of this month. We had to work 5 hours today and we will have to work eights Friday and Saturday. And as a nice happy holidays to us they gave us gifts that they had of over stock from gifts with purchase.

I see an email for a special bonus of 3 to 4 weeks pay. Who got it? Did you get 3 or 4 weeks bonus pay?

I know it's a little sad, but I am desperately looking forward to that week. It feels like the only thing getting me through this month. I don't even remember when this job started being so bad for my head. I just know it is.

Anyone get a RIF package for the holidays? I know quite a few who actually want it, but they are hard to come by, not many people get the gift 🎁

If someone has received a RIF, what’s it look like in 2025, do they give you anything decent?

Make sure you take time to enjoy family and friends, eat some good food, enjoy some good entertainment. True happiness is worth more than money, possessions, or job status. Hug your significant other, tell your children how much you love them, reach out to your parents, aunts, uncles etc... Jobs come and go friends and family last forever.

STOP LOOKING AT THESE POSTS OVER THE HOLIDAYS! TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF!

.....oh that's right, those are no more! Money otherwise spent on consultants, C level events and overpaying "leaving" executives.

One small step they could do to try and start to rebuild any kind of culture here....but nope.

Are those still a thing?

Waters Wexford Christmas is coming so be nice and reward Ur employees very well, ie up to 1500euro tax free gift cards,oh wait same old hampers and cheap vouchers that we can't use in many shops AHH well maybe I can dream of better days.
