Exxonmobil is an absolutely mo--nic company! Denbury micromanaged us down from 120% efficiency to 60% efficiency! Exxonmobil plans to take us down to 30% efficiency! Exxonmobil is ran by mo--ns! No common sense exists in this company!

Any actual leads on who might buy Denbury? Also, how are all the employees doing that Exxon put on PIP?

How many Denbury people will be left at the end of next year?

Has anyone filed for unemployment and actually been approved for weekly benefits? I applied a few weeks ago but a lot of people I've talked to say I probably won't qualify for payments since I got a severance package.

they're going to slowly sell every asset but the CO2 stuff one field at a time. Then only the CCUS stuff will be left. They only wanted out pipeline infrastructure.

Pioneer here, when you were offered a job at XOM, was there a retention bonus attached to the offer or any type of incentive?

What's up in that field?

For those folks from Denbury that accepted the offer to go to Spring, Tx, did Exxon gives you a relocation check and would you be willing to share what it was? Was it a % of your base offer or did everyone get the same lump sum amount?

How many people are leaving after the second bonus? Or, is everyone waiting for the bonus in May? Guesses on the percentage gone? Closest guess wins

When Exxon purchased Denbury, were you all told that Exxon wanted to retain a certain % of the employees? If so, did that hold true? Exxon stated on day 1 that they wanted to retain 90%+ of all Pioneer employees.

When everyone got their offers; did you get offered the same position as before or did you get a new title / position with Exxon?

How much vacation is XOM giving you? Is it a reduction of what you used to get or did they match your vacation that you had already?

Why don’t we share our XOM salary increase from our previous base salary. This will be interesting to see if it was inline with what we were told would be included in our new base salary.

Heard rumors that more are getting severance than was expected. Not everyone is getting a fat check in this situation like the engineers do. What groups have you heard about?

At Pioneer, we haven’t heard much on how the whole process of job offers if there are any are going to happen. Did you have to interview, or were offers just extended based off of resumes? Thanks for your responses.

It’s getting real now. sad. it’s good that we only have to wait 4-6 more weeks to find out if we get an offer and for how much money. scared of decisions that come next though. hoping the best for all. hang in there everyone.

ExxonMobil has no intentions of paying anyone a severance package. They will string everyone along until you get fed up and quit.

Has anyone heard anything yet about job offers during the transition?

The weight of the situation seems palpable in the office today. Who knows what tomorrow will bring, I hope a package soon for me because what I've seen of XOM I do not like.

How much more will we actually know the week of Nov 6 than we know now? I'm going with 1% more.

2 weeks out and all we have heard is don’t worry XOM is alright with the corp office keeping the same schedule. This almost seems like they are doing a fire sale sometime in the first 6 months and just piecing out the pipeline.

How come Pioneer knows more in a matter of hours (severance, bonus) than we know 3 weeks from closing?

Been a while since we have had any type of update from our transition leader.

That comment didn’t break any site rules. It seems it was an attempt to control a narrative by limiting the communication of facts.
