Any actual leads on who might buy Denbury? Also, how are all the employees doing that Exxon put on PIP?

I think XOM may look to sell everything but the pipeline and CO2 assets. They realize how bad the upstream assets are.
I heard it from a reliable source that XOM was looking into Denbury, but it seems preposterous to me.
