Another 2 weeks still nothing from our transition leader.
Still no word from the integration leader.
What I heard today from a "reliable source" is that the bonus decision hasn't been finalized or approved yet. Whatever that means.
You don’t retain employees by WITHHOLDING a bonus, you retain employees by OFFERING a retention bonus, good jobs, and not forcing families to move.
Control what you can, after close it’s no longer Denbury’s decision.
Don't we have CK on video saying we'd get our annual bonus based on an entire year, paid at closing?
What is bad is not getting our bonus. Why haven’t we heard anything about that?
In the docs it looks like DEN could pay it before close but from what I’m hearing that’s not going to happen.

When is the shareholder vote? I have seen nothing publicly announced yet.
