they're going to slowly sell every asset but the CO2 stuff one field at a time. Then only the CCUS stuff will be left. They only wanted out pipeline infrastructure.

Wow, someone read the press release on why XOM bought the company...
Bingo.
Don't think they ever intended on keeping any of the CO2 fields. They simply discovered that some were worth keeping (to them). I think they had planned to sell them all.
