Did OE, EAM and M&R get offers?
Sounds like it's a bit mixed, but it was a good bit more than I was expecting.
Regarding pushing back. It isn't a negotiation. You now have time to make an informed decision to stay or go. The person delivering your offer doesn't know the math they used either and doesn't sound like they had much if any say the process.

Substantially more than I expected actually. I am not sure how they are getting these numbers it seems all over the place
Do you have to agree and sign on the line or can we push back a little? They obviously did some calculus to figure if you're worth keeping, so we should have a bit of bargaining power or they can sever us. If they need us, they need to sweeten the deal.
LTI was not included. I wasn’t given the formula, but the amount matched just the salary and bonus.
That include both cash bonus and LTI grants as well?
New salary offered matched my current salary plus average of 2022/2023 bonuses.
What percentage of Denbury was offered jobs with EOM? What groups were given a severance?

An email was sent out last night to the north BU. It didn’t say a thing that we didn’t already know.
What offers? I heard that even the XOM managers haven't seen them yet. And from what I'm hearing, I won't be "mapped" anywhere . . . just doing the same ol' thing.
