EAM is a big good'ole boys club, and full of snakes.
watch yourself when dealing with that group, all the way to the top. Supply chain too.

I lost all my stock for the good of the company and yet the junior executive team will split $112M. Plus another $100M for the seniors. It’s criminal. I’m hoping for enough severance to tie me over to get another job. Just unfair.
How did the talentless “accountant” earn $12M?

I like how some teams know things and others are just in the dark.....

My group has heard some details. I also heard only a handful of people are getting packages and none in asset operations, so get ready to move.

Is anyone receiving any indication of whether they have a role after the transition? Heard rumors that some groups are hearing things, but ours is always the last to know.

The best part about denbury is having a supply chain department that makes up ~10% of the company headcount and still pays top dollar for everything

IT and Supply Chain spent so much money on "projects", "consultants", and staff additions after she took over. Threw all the money away and nothing changed.

I just left and if you're on the fence you should too. It's great on the other side.

We lost all our shares in the bankruptcy and only get the hope of getting double digit months of pay, and they won't even give us that. Good tradeoff for our loyalty?

That accountant is walking out with millions….all of them while we hope for a few months of pay for a package. Makes me sick.

I just can’t deal with the executives being rewarded for ra-ing & pillaging the company to get a sale. Cutting benefits, taking away our stock, eliminating every perk & benefit that meant something to us (even the free stuff). I saw this coming when they put the accountant in charge of HR. Should not have been surprised. Praying for a package.

Yes overpaid because they can afford to walk away from the second half of their bonus.

Not overpaid if they walked away from half their bonus for a better offer at CP

Overpaid? Unless they all took a pay cut, one could easily make the argument that their skills were in high demand and their pay at market value.

Sadly, the reality is that the majority of people who have left were extremely overpaid for doing very little.

How are people being treated that have resigned? Just curious so I can plan.

It's been boring to check every day with no new gossip but maybe nobody cares enough to even say anything on here anymore.
