Were there layoffs at West or no? I've seen several people post here that there were cuts but there is no info on anything having taken place.

How can this company sustain itself with the current “improvements” - apparently by adding more to everyone left and we are already stretched thin. Honestly I’ve never seen anything like it. Our poor customers. No wonder they’re abandoning ship.

Anyone negotiated a salary increase after taking on additional responsibilities? Is there significant pay variance among people on the same team in the same role? How is that pay for performance?

If they only knew. Security of data and the lack of integrity of the company. It is all about the presentation.

Why are we not getting our performance evaluations. They are due soon. No evaluations means no performance bonuses.

Anybody know if Intrado is still the vendor for Directv’s IVR? Through what was West Interactive. Wasn’t sure if after ATT bought Directv they finished going in-house with it or if there actually still is a Directv hub at W100’s 1st floor.

People are being let go. Open reqs are being closed. Morale is low. More work is being piled on. If you’re not doing the job of 2 or 3 people for pennies you’re not a team player. Apollo is running this into the ground.
