For a company that has sunk a lot of money into their training and coaching why is it they won’t move forward in the interview process obviously good qualified people for management roles unless they have at least 5 years of management INCLUDING hiring and firing. Shouldn’t they be worrying about people who can coaching and improving employees?

Seeing a bunch of technicians leaving on there own.
They've adopted the First Data model of human resources, which is churn em' and burn em' on a quarterly basis. They have no real interest in long term employees.
