Anyone negotiated a salary increase after taking on additional responsibilities? Is there significant pay variance among people on the same team in the same role? How is that pay for performance?

No raises this year but would it surprise you if I told you upper management all got raises because they did. It’s a shame!!
Until our upper management team stops being selfish Intrado or “West” will never change. Either you deal with it or you leave because right now if you leave they are holding the door open for you.
The big question is for those who are doing a job that they are not properly titled for.
You should have the title for the work you are assigned. Temporary assignments are fine for short periods of time but Not permanent work.
Supposedly we will get raises this year but just like any other year it won’t cover the cost of living or make up for the amount of work they are throwing at us.
They did the same things to me and refused to even discuss any sort of pay increase.
Granted, I'm sure it depends upon your supervisor if they're open to having the conversation and going to bat for you.
I know if you're in certain business segments that will definitely not happen.
