This is not to say that there won't be more lay-offs in the Louisville office (because I'm sure there will be, especially as more tech support gets off-shored to the Philippines), but I think a lot of the knowledge management and documentation is related to the ongoing fall-out from that big outage that happened in the Louisville data center last September. The execs finally learned that there was little to no documentation about how the Louisville network operated or about the processes that exist for making changes to the former-WIPC network. Big sections of the network are now having to be redesigned and changed in 2020-2021.

the entire office?
More RIF and budget cuts are in progress.
Documenting processes usually means positions will be eliminated and replaced with lower paid employees or contract labor.
There's a big push coming for knowledge management if that's what you mean about documenting processes. That unrelated to any action.
It seems that way. Higher ups are coming to the bottom-rung employees that have been around for a few years and are asking them to document their processes. Certain areas are already being told a big change is coming (not naming those dept for privacy reasons).
Not me. Where did this come from?
