Check the policy manual severance is no longer in there. It used to be 2 weeks for every year you were employed plus a few extra buses on your title... it is all gone now

Agreed. I think it's only a matter of time before they stop paying severance. It's not worth it anyway.
I did find a company that’s not like that. If you’re waiting on a severance, you’re fooling yourself.
Good point,. They are all cutting costs to either survive or increase profitability. Either way, when working for someone other than yourself, there is no job security.
Good luck finding a company to work for that isn't doing that...
