How is morale in the Alabama Region?

This is the first company I have ever seen where non-Leadership roles are officers and assistant vice presidents. Are they just dishing these titles out to any body?

Worked at a company where so many employees are miserable, hate their jobs, but are not able to leave because the job market su-ks. Has anyone else? Is this what 2007 was like before the housing market crashed?

Thoughts on the new and “improved” Truist CRE? CRE portfolio managers and analysts resigning left and right. Hundreds of millions of dollars of RE secured loans going unmonitored. Management stinking up the place.

Looks like an arbitrary process to keep from paying out stock incentives. Who decides? Does management get kick backs for keeping LTI low?

Did TFC get equity his year? Insurance apparently got none.

Just heard they are bringing in Accenture to analyze groups for outsourcing. They’ll do it under the guise of “strategic planning”. If your group is under review, get those resumes polished up!

As an individual contributor is it difficult to get fired from Truist for performance issues? Can someone outline the steps that are taken such as putting a teammate on a performance improvement plan before the teammate is terminated?

AIP Bonus payout for separated teammates will be at 70% for both the corporate and managers discretion components, so overall 70% of on target earnings.

That is all just cringe

What will Truist’s fearless leaders do for damage control when they realize so many people left after bonus? Will they publish a video reminding teammates how great of a company it is and that we have a great opportunity to make a difference?
