Does anyone else here find that pretty much ALL of back-office is an entire dumpster fire?? I can’t believe tfc doesn’t get into like serious lawsuits and stuff sometimes.
From Credit/PM’s all the way down to back office IRM parter departments (like the ones who ‘service’ Merchant/Treasury/Card/ Fraud etc. All these little micro-departments working in their silos on 20 to 40 year old systems lol). It’s impossible to get ANYWHERE with them half the time too. Portals and forms that go to black holes to never hear back. Departments you’re told exist and then don’t even lol. It’s craziness.

BofA is like 100 times worse, bigger the company, bigger the mess.
You may want to go work for a credit union.
I would like to work in a department that doesn't exist. Sounds quite comfy! Alas, I made the decision to pursue the AVP dream, so I guess I'll just have to be happy with my high-visibility, high-reward career in my "real" department - HR!
