How can TAS audit this organization when it is so utterly disorganized? Who's checking the checkers over there? Got off a call yesterday that left me scratching my head and worried deeply for this company.

TAS is no longer TAS. There are no MDs from before the reign of te---r. The majority of ADs are gone also.
We have to wait for the completion of the DD MD Hunger Games before TAS can be rebuilt.

Doesn't take a genius to figure out who got us in this bag of dog cr-p that we are in. Same mor*ons fixing are the ones that broke it. Chomp on that for a bit. All our failures were not failures before a select few came in. But what the h&ll did we know. We are all idots. Grant now cannot or won't point fingers which is infuriating. We all know.

How is there any of you left to even make these posts anymore. Haven't all of you left? Isn't your turnover in another stratosphere? I haven't had the same auditor for longer than a three month stint. Let's be clear I don't want the posts to stop as your anger make me feel a whole heck of a lot better about my current cr-ppy situation.
MM needs to know her rude, crass, and inappropriate comments are heard by many and we are offended but smile because they have to. By far the most unprofessional person I have to work with.
As said, the previous CAO ran off most of the talented people in TAS and those left are either looking for other opportunities or are miserable in their job and just waiting for change. The group seems disorganized and just trying to hold on to who and what they have left.
The whole thing is just a mess. Going through AC now and the dysfunction is very apparent. Grant seems unaware which is even more concerning.
