Other than Kelly who sold us all out, there hasn’t been one single most disappointing person from historical BB&T than David Weaver. I would have run through a brick wall for the old David.
When Libbie got let go, that show you that he has zero influence to make changes and he has no backbone to stand up for what is right.

You clearly don’t know Weaver if you’re making comments like that. Commercial banking at BBT was a solid money maker. Billy Bob and his SunTrust clowns are the ones who need to go as it’s their ineptitude that has caused the majority of the problems in CCB and the rest of the bank.
Too many people propped him up for too long. CCB is in shambles. The Taylor Swift guy just announced he’s leaving on LinkedIn. Even referenced being called the Taylor swift guy so I’m sure he’s on here somewhere. More people like him will leave before weaver / Cagle / Kelly do. Such a shame
He is a tool. No good at BBT but had good management under him that could keep commercial running smooth. Most of that talent is gone and replaced by Suntrust yes men and women who couldn’t manage a Starbucks much less a bank enterprise. Investment bank my ar-e!
