Managers are the worst because they weren't trained correctly, they don't know company policy at all. I've been with sams for 17yrs and they all have no clue.

I have never seen a company ran so badly. Don't get me started on horribly managers and corporate doesn't seem to care, so they are just as bad as managers. The apples don't fall far from the trees.

So I got a late truck today for the produce department and all the fresh manager is doing he's walking over here every 20 minutes saying your not done yet 😒 😑 team work has left the building all they care about is themselves and thats it.

Did you know when you become a new Coach, CSM etc you may want to listen to your "Hourlys" they are very knowledgeable and say "I told you weeks ago, but you didn't listen" maybe listen and you won't get reprimanded for being an id--t.

I have been told that you have to work at least 40 hrs to stay an MSL. Is this true???
