Isn't there a certain amount of time pto should be approved?

The guidelines say they are supposed to approve or deny within 72 hrs
I always put mine In 6 months in advance if I want to take vacation and it always gets approved I just let my manager know and he approves it without questions
I put mine in 6 months in advance. Don’t care how long it takes them to approve it. I’m not going to be there those days anyway lol. PTO stands for prepare the others🤣🤣🤣 and I think 6 months is plenty of notice.
7 days within making the request. But it never happens. Most of the time you have beg your manager to approve your requests.
