Wow finally the company is doing something about discrimination in this company. Good job sams club taking out one of the worst market managers they had....

Ha!! Want a real head sla--er? If you knew the REAL reason they fired your Market Manager you would likely be super disappointed. I can almost Guarantee you it had nothing to do with how they treated associates. Here are the main reasons they would fire a Market Manager. If it was a pale skinned man accused of harassing a female. Or that same type of person using wrong pronouns . ( I can not tell you how much that one scares me , just the thought gives me shivers) Or the most likely , that manager stole from the company. Seriously though , only the third one. I have been with the company a great many years and the only reason I have ever seen a manager fired was for theft. The company WANTS managers to treat you bad so you wont stay. And if you do stay they make sure you suffer.
