Soooooo who else has been using zello? Biggest waste of time and money ever... Like seriously this company couldn't have invested $ in something more efficient???? My goodness. Maybe all new radios and ear pieces that are assigned to every associate?? 💩

Agree. Plus, as an associate, if I see someone fall and crack their head on the concrete floor, I have no way of quickly alerting anyone. Team Leads and Coaches all use the Announcement channel, which makes Zello focus that channel, but we can't speak in that channel so instead of pressing one bu-ton to call a Code White, I have to pull out my handheld, unlock it, navigate to Zello, select my department channel, THEN call the code white. SECONDS MATTER IN AN EMERGENCY.

I actually really like the app. I like the new scanners, I like that I can hook my AirPods up to them. I have not had much of a problem with it other than the handhelds are a little bigger than I feel like they should be but I'll be excited when it goes to my phone. I would rather have wireless than having the wires hang from the air earpiece down to my radio. That is only my personal opinion.
