If your let go, do you get paid for your pto time you ecrued?
Go to OneWalmart; then go to my time. Then click on pto hourly and then you can see a chart based on years and full or part time status and how hours are accrued. Hope this helps.
The yearly max in Illinois is 152 PPTO & 152 PTO for those who have been employed for 20+ years.
It also depends on what state you work in. Several are different. I work in Illinois and we earn PTO and PPTO equally.
It’s on the wire. Full time/ part time differ. And years of service affect your accumulation rate. If you look it up on the wire it will break it breaks it all down.
