They have been harassing the older long-term partners on and off for a couple years now. They have a couple days off and no one touches there area and the signs go missing. When they come back in to holes and the signs missing they get coached.
About to lose another good hard working person.

I'm gonna guess this is market 26? The market manager is crazy. She doesn't know how to speak to people. She talks down to everyone.

South Eastern Michigan has the worst Market Manager, and hires the young disrespectful Managers. Lowes had a party after.

As an ex employee of over 10 years, quit fighting so hard to keep your job. It's not worth it when so many other employer's offer better pay, benefits and culture. Unless you like being undervalued and used get out ASAP!
