So my old store manager was let go but we maxed out on bonuses and associates was happy, now out current store manager is arrogant and our bonuses our low and moral is low, managers transferring to other clubs people looking for other jobs but his job is secure, so is this the company direction.....while they playing music all day acting like they really love the associate....amazing to me

They don't love associates. Associates are a means to an end. If they could get rid of associates altogether, they would. Stop fooling yourself. I hear it all the time, "managers don't care." What the "h" are they supposed to care about? Why? They don't care about you any more than you care about them, which is nothing. They are not your family. They won't remember your name after you quit.
Do you know who should care about you when it comes to a job? You, that's who. Are grandfathers knew that fact. That's why they formed unions and fought for better pay, two days off, shorter hours, and health insurance.
Read your history.
Sadly, yes it is. We have a horrible bakery manager that is the reason most people quit. Has had so many complaints and been opened doored many times. Market manager says he doesnt believe any of it. It's been going on for years.
