Nothing is impossible but I wonder if you believe there is a high probability that by next year Ricoh will be out of business (as someone wrote on this forum). I personally hope that this will never happen, but without all those great people that... — read more
This is a lousy place to work
Ricoh of old is long gone, it's no longer even a shell of its former self. There are people who like to cling to the past but it's time to be realistic about this place. I would advise everybody to look for a way out. I doubt the situation will... — read more

Layoffs happening right now?
I heard there might have been some layoffs today, is this true?
Things are very strange at RICOH
No communication from management. No career goals, no raises in quite some time......What lies ahead for April 1st?
January layoffs
Somebody mentioned there might be another round of layoffs in January, has there been any news on that?
Ricoh, The Xerox wannabe. Stop trolling the xerox site and keep Imag(in)ing Change.

12/20/20-Connecticut Ricoh furlough and lay-off question
Wanted to inquire whether there has been a large furlough or lay off of employees in Connecticut within the past 6 or 8 monthes ? Specifically the Springfield, Glastonbury and Rocky Hill copier technical training division? Thank you
Here is the plan
I think Ricoh should buy another manufacturer like Kyocera during this time. It would expand footprint in sales and service and secure some faith in the company as a whole. Patiently waiting for April fools day.
When will they begin with layoffs?
Next month or will they wait until next year?
Ricoh Canada Employee Reviews
Puzzling that there's such a big discrepancy. Reviews are either, "the worst place on earth" or "everything is awesome!" Last few reviews are all glowing positive... looks like north of the border is now the land of milk and honey. Well done RCI!
