No communication from management. No career goals, no raises in quite some time......What lies ahead for April 1st?

It’s anyone’s guess but the writing is on the wall. I’ve already hear from several techs who are abandoning ship that Ricoh is headed for a big damn crash. You can’t help but see it the sh– is happening in slow motion.
Problem is the workers don’t feel like they will be able to find anything which is true if you don’t find a way to pivot out of Ricoh.
I worked with a lot of great people who had sh–ty work skills. That seems to be the way it works on the Gulf South. Our brain dead raciest Manager who runs Louisiana typically only hires friends and family.
I feel really bad for the people just getting on board who will come to realize that there days with the company out numbered.
Oh and don’t expect sh– from HR. Talked to a tech who told me during the end of the COVID money, their manager specifically made them take a week off outside of that date so they couldn’t get the extra money. The techs immediately went to HR and the response was well it’s unethical but not illegal.
Yeah I bet if you sue or start a union it will be illegal quick! Don’t let these asshats f— your life, go find a new job that appreciates you.
What “lies” ahead for April 1st? Only the single greatest account base to dealer sell off of all time! Buy 400 mfps and they’ll kick in a really tenured (old) technician to service them all... After that maybe an employee engagement survey for the 1/2 dozen direct employees left who recently transferred from marketing and admin to the warehouse.
