Puzzling that there's such a big discrepancy. Reviews are either, "the worst place on earth" or "everything is awesome!" Last few reviews are all glowing positive... looks like north of the border is now the land of milk and honey. Well done RCI!

Can unfortunately think of a few who’d write glowing reviews in exchange for some heavy petting. Really Pathetic...
Miss the dog and pony marketing shows when RCI would tout its “Fidgetal Transformation” tools... “Why don’t we use inside ricoh?” and produc(e)t manager would talk about the cobbler being too busy for kids bare feet! lol what a gong show!
North of the border is a train wreck. So much so that they've transformed the service team managerial structure so that they can get OFSC to somewhat function. There's a team of managers dedicated to OFSC and call movement amongst technicians. Ricoh paid who knows how many millions to oracle for this solution and we're now years later into this program and it's getting a set of glorified babysitters to make sure it works.
Abandon ship if you can cause it's looking like a crash course for an iceberg come April 1st 2021
North of the border is south of their a–. That's right. It's sh*t. I saw the reviews and couldn't believe it. My actual thought was someone was paid to write the reviews. We talk among ourselves all the time and there is nothing good said.

I’m guessing most say it’s awesome for fear of losing their job. The rest just don’t care.
